Reason given 'already sent' (!) wow that was quick. No response to request for refund after arrival, eBay auto-response after x days issued the refund. Happy with eBay protections, not so much this seller.

  Absolute joke. Bought a buy now 18ct gold ring not auction then after I paid it get a message the item you've bid on we've just noticed doesn't match the description in the add. All because the gold value was under spot. Auction is a legal binding contract you can't go back on the sale. I will be reporting to ebay for not following rules.
