    My item arrived in good condition as it was very well packed for its journey to me. My item was as described and good value for money too. I ordered the item on a Saturday morning and it was with me on Monday afternoon which i thought was really good service and so i wont hesitate to use this seller again

    Item arrived quickly and safely packed. On opening, however, it was not the described item but a similar one I couldn't use. The single photograph hadn't made the difference clear. The seller refunded me almost immediately, though, so no complaint from here. I'd just advise other buyers to ask questions.

    The original listing stated that it came with lead train but it did not I contacted seller and he told me he had sold before, if I had known I would not have purchased,as it was a Christmas present for my son and was opened on Christmas Day which was so disappointing as could not be used.Seller sent £20 back and also offered refund.
