    My package was lost by shipping company so I never received it. During the process I communicated this to the seller who responded immediately with a "lost pkg search" to the shipping co. After a slight wait, no pkg was found and the seller refunded entire purchase cost. Highly recommend . Will purchase from this seller again. A+++++++ !😊Sad they (shipping co) lost package, but very, very pleased with seller's handling.

    Amazing service! Prompt shipment. Item arrived in pristine condition. It’s an old tape deck from the 80s, but it looks and feels like it was manufactured yesterday! Seriously clean! The seller takes pride in what they do. It’s obvious they thoroughly cleaned and serviced this item prior to selling. It’s kind of the centerpiece on my studio desk now. Included in the packaging was also a thank you note personally addressed to me, and a blank tape. Blown away by the service. Thanks again🙏🏻
