Seller was extremely apologetic when item hadn’t been received after 2 weeks from being sent, did everything they could to get issue resolved and item resent. Very good communication and customer service from this seller even when it was an issue that was out of their control to begin with as it was the courier service that let them down. Would happily use this seller.

This gave me confidence to buy from this person. The console is great of course - especially with Onion installed. Just be aware that despite the listing saying in 2 places that it comes with 5000 games, it does NOT come with an SD card! The seller and I had this discussion, nevertheless the listing remains with that description!
