Item arrived damaged. Seller claims was in perfect condition upon shipment. Item was packaged appropriately making shipment damage unlikely. Incurred additional repair bill at watchmakers, doubling the item’s price. Was offered refund by seller, but would’ve much preferred to have known that there was previous damage needing repair, & been offered a fairer price or partial refund to cover myadditional cost. Sellers should be transparent about the condition of aged items & not just blame AUSPOST.

I packed this Doll it & was not detached from the base, Buyer informed me it arrived with the base detached? BUYER should be TRANSPARENT & PROVIDE A PICTURE OF DAMAGE. YOU SAID you WOULD NOT have BROUGHT IT if you knew it was damaged so in good faith I offered you a FULL RETURN with MONEY BACKYOU DID NOT SAY you wanted to KEEP IT, YOU DID NOT ask FOR A FAIR PRICE or PARTIAL REFUND YOU DID NOT REPLY You DID NOT OFFER PROOF with PHOTO or JEWELERS BILL...
