    Shipping was good they packaged it in a decent amount of bubble wrap, I enjoyed the description they gave they also added a list of parts I needed for the computer, having that list on hand helps me a lot while trying to understand what was needed. The value was Alright I would have wanted a bit cheaper but it was plenty cheap enough for being an outdated laptop!
