Communication from this seller is absolutely ‘non existent’. On two occasions I’ve messaged and had no response. I purchased this on the 14th December to Arrive between 19th to 22nd Dec. HOWEVER, the item still to this day 23rd December has not even been posted!! Your customer service is terrible. It’s sellers like you that give eBay a bad name.

Seller refuses to respond to any messages. Item was advertised as in stock and will arrive in time for Xmas if ordered when I did. Four days after ordering it, it still hadn’t been sent. I messaged the seller 3 times to ask for an update and no responses. I see it has now been sent but it won’t get here in time for Xmas which is the reason I ordered it. They sat on the order for 4 days before sending it and don’t have the decency to respond to any messages. Wished I’d ordered elsewhere.
