I ordered the wrong size bed base, and it was no problem to fix and refund my money, then reorder the correct size. Super fast shipping service as well considering it is the busiest time of the year and one week before Christmas too. Order placed on Sunday, and received it on Thursday. Requested a return and the seller is insisting I be home on a Wednesday for a courier collection despite me notifying them that I work on Wednesdays and cannot take the day off. I offered to be available for collection either on Friday or over the Weekend (ie when I'm not at work) and they are unwilling to compromise. Very frustrating and inconsiderate. Poor customer service. Have asked eBay to intervene.
