    Absolutely appalling. I purchased a new product but what I received was quite trashed and looks used. I can't use this as not confident it hasn't been in someone's ear already. Not only that but the packaging was terrible, with dirt or some strange substance in the satchel... and I paid $30 for this but there is a sticker on the box saying $15. Really disappointing and I'll be seeking a refund!

    After a careful selection of the product, read the description, the seller still sent the wrong product, causing great deal of trouble of repacking and going to post office. My dog had to go without worming for 2 weeks. Not worth of buying from this seller.
