  This was not a great purchase experience. The seller listed the item location as Melbourne, Australia. Our purchase was made based on this location. As it turns out, the seller is in China. Expensive postage for small items and slow delivery. All labeling on the products is in Chinese, not English. We had to unpack and turn on to verify we got what we ordered.

  This transaction started out OK but ended up pear-shaped, through no fault of the seller. Speedpak arrived in OZ, picked up for delivery, then returned to base two weeks later with no explanation. Currently trying to find out what went wrong direct with Speedpak. Seller, throughout, has replied quickly to all communications and done whatever they could to help, including voluntary refund. I would have no hesitation in dealing with this seller again.
