  Not received, not marked as posted. Then confirmed my address which has been the same for a long time and causes no problems. Item still not received. Seller continues to advertise the item at a higher price. Refund provided, but a lot of time wasted dealing with this. Unhappy buyer :-( !

  I checked out BP motor tool on eBay, this seller had the best price, new with free postage. Good processing & communication; had tracking; received package within the estimated delivery dates, packaged well. No damage during transit, looked exactly like the ad. Came with a little instruction booklet, I was keen to try it out, tried to insert batteries straight away &tried to slide cover off, problem with my fumbling. I'm very happy with the purchase, & very happy with the seller. Thank you.

  Item arrived looking like someone smashed it with a hammer. In my opinion it was not packaged correctly for an item with glass. Contacted the seller and they wanted me to get it repaired - if they had looked at the pictures i sent they could see it was beyond repair. They asked me to post it back and they would reimburse me the postage. Eventually i received my purchase price back but not the postage. The whole process took 5 weeks. Very poorly handled.
