  Frame is lovely. Great quality for the price - definitely value for money. Took a long time to deliver, however this is not the fault of the seller. It made it to Australia within a week, then just sat with the courier for three weeks, who then eventually delivered it to the wrong address! Fortunately the person took it to the post office who notified me. I contacted the seller regarding this and their communication was quick and helpful.

  Bow clip arrived Minus the clip! Was offered instead a 30% discount! no refund! Apparent no clip had ever been applied. I informed them that consumer is entitled to a full refund for shoddy goods. I got the full refund. Would not buy again: because also, the 'hemming' stuck out everywhere and would not fold under out of sight. Poor manufacturing. Factory needs to get its act together. Given the price for 1 bow and sloppy workmanship = not worth it. Only looks nice. Pity.
