  Hi guys, I ordered two 400 W solar panels unfortunately when they arrived they were only 350 what I communicated with the seller and was refunded a small but generous refund for the miss confusion. Some of the frames that hold the solar panels had dings. I’m not sure if it was from the factory or in transit. They were packed quite well and they arrived.   The 400w panel was sent quickly. On arrival I tested the panel and it was lucky to make 100 w. I contacted the seller and after some negotiations he offered me another panel free of charge as it was clearly not as described. I asked for the tracking details and after several days it was obvious he was not going to send the panel. I then offered to buy at full price an additional panel as I needed 3 of these panels. He then offered a 10% discount. I have now given up. Seller is slimy, he lies

  I ordered 2 x 400w solar panels. Quick postage. However one panel was missing wiring box cover, Seller wanted me to go to a shop and buy one instead of replacing When tested the panels they only put out 102 watts max on a hot sunny cloudless day. Initiated return. Seller promised to send 2 x 400w panels but wanted me to close the return 1st. Eby Help person said I would not have buyer protection if I closed. Told seller this. He then refunded instead of sent 400w panels. Not Trustworthy

  The product output is affected by temperature and light, and it can also be affected by human factors or chip damage during transportation.please send the test picture to help us confirm the problem

  Very good communication both before and after purchase. Seller provided a picture of Solar Panel label prior to purchase as I doubted the 400 watt output for the physical size of the panel. I purchased, believing that it was most likely closer to 300 watts than 400w. Arrived in very good time. Immediately test and found output only about 60 watts in very good sunlight. Believe all solar panels are rated on theoretical calculation and not tested. Item is not faulty just incorrectly labeled.
