  Fast shipping, product as described. I had my doubts as to whether this was a genuine VoltX product as the packaging and product state JY-1000 as the model when it is marketed as E1000. Outbaxcamping were prompt and helpful in replying, and VoltX have confirmed these are the same product. Very happy with the service, the product is so far excellent although i haven't used it to power my fridge yet.

  Hi, tracking and delivery was excellent, my only concern is that both packages were delivered upside down!!! You would think that being able to read all normal lettering on sides of box would indicate which way is up. But they were sent with that writing up upside down. I.E. the consignment note and my delivery address were on bottom side of boxes instead of top side. I hope that hasn't affected the operation of them. Thank you.
