I was surprised to find it had been properly factory reset to essentially new oobe with all the lenovo drivers, software etc along with a all of the origina lpackaging still completely intact. All I needed to do was a lot of updates. Can't speak on behalf of everyone else but my experience with this seller and this item is perfect which I honestly don't get to often from buying off Ebay.
