  First I would like to begin: with saying that I wish more eBay sellers took after this Gentlemen...With Honor...Dignity...and Understanding...I purchased a Integra Receiver...and upon arrival..it did not work...he told me that it was tested and worked 100%...unit arrived and I plugged it in and it popped/shorted out, anyway after some communications back and forth he said would refund me 100% which he has...no questions asked...I encourage others to buy from him, he is a stand up Gentleman.
