The item was shipped almost immediately and arrived within a couple of days from purchase. Absolutely love it! I would definitely purchase more from this seller and would recommend them to my peers.

    Item arrived in perfect condition and was brand new in box. PFM drivers were very careful. Both Sony and DHL were responsive to communication but couldn't give much information about delivery timeframes, which was dissapointing. It took exactly 3 weeks to get tv delivered to Melbourne outer metro, but guessing this was due to black friday/end of year extra volumes of deliveries. Definitely value for money if you're happy to wait the extended amount of time to receive it.

    The item description is very unclear, didn’t said the product doesn’t have proper packaging. Seller gives me $10 discount for the product but the final price still higher than the latest price. However seller’s response speed and efficiency are extremely disappointing, took 3 days to give me only$10 refund. I am just don’t want to waste time to return the item and rebuy it again that’s it.

    TV arrived in as new condition. Not a mark anywhere. Picture quality is as good as the reviews say it is, but I will tweak it a little to try and get the very best from it. Got a great price with the 15% special offer from Ebay. Would recommend buy from Sony Ebay store every time. Much better than paying retail!!
