    The seller was responsive and addressed the issue when the post office held the item for a week. Once reviewed, the items were packaged safely and arrived as described. The shipping speed was disappointing, but I’m satisfied with how it was handled. Would purchase from this seller again.

    Through no fault of the seller, the shipping was terrible! The package looked someone had stomped on it. The package was crushed and took pictures because my expectations were that the product would be broken. But, by some miracle, the pitcher was without damage! It was just as described in the listing and the pictures. I think because the seller took such care in packaging, that the pitcher was not damaged! It was a good value for the money despite what the shipper did with the package!
