In 2002, World of Books Group was founded on an ethos to do good, protect the planet and support charities by enabling more goods to be reused. Since then, we've grown into to a global company pioneering the circular economy. Today, we drive the circular economy through three re-commerce brands:
- Wob: Through Wob, we sell. We provide affordable, preloved books and media to customers all over the world. A book leaves our collection of over seven million titles and begins a new chapter every two seconds, enabling more goods to be reused.
- Ziffit: Through Ziffit, we buy. We give people around the world the opportunity to contribute to the circular economy, earn money and protect the planet, by trading their unwanted books and media.
- Shopiago: Through Shopiago, we help others. By sharing the technology that has grown World of Books Group into the business it is today, we’re helping charities increase revenue and reduce waste through re-commerce.

    While the movie took sometime to arrive it did arrive safely and for free postage from overseas. The dvd was well packaged and in very good condition just as described by the sender. Communication with the seller was excellent and response to a recent communication over this items non arrival was very fast (note the movie arrived the next day). Before the item was posted, I was informed by the seller that the product I had ordered was of a quality below standard which did not reflect the quality that was advertised. To this end, the seller offered for me to pick another item of similar value (which ended up being a more expensive item where I did not need to pay the gap). The item was shipped immediately, and in immaculate condition. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

    A decent service provided, the quality and condition of the item prior to transit, I dare say was exactly as described and although there was some minor damage sustained to the outer cd case during transportation, the cd's themselves arrived intact. Now I understand, that in order to reduce prices on items sold means there has to be some sacrifice made, but sadly that seems to have fallen to the packaging used for shipping. Overall a relatively satisfactory transaction. Thank you.

    Unfortunately for me the book arrived late and damaged. When advising lateness I was responded to immediately but waiting for further response, in meantime book arrived damaged as packaging had undone. So disappointed on both parts and informed. A lovely customer service officer responded to my follow up and is sending out a book replacement which I appreciate. I can see the book originally was described accurately and of quality described. I’m hope care is taken in packaging fitting and secure
