Stays put!

Once applied it takes less than a minute to dry and does not transfer for the day. If I eat a meal, the inside lip tends to flake off a little. I've been able to remove it with my regular eye cleaner that removes my waterproof mascara. I then follow up with my makeup facial wipe to remove any leftover.
