What can I say, it's a flushing good product! You walk in the washroom and the potty light comes on.. Never again stubbed toes! Never again a missed and smelly bowl from not seeing where you're streaming!

I've had the type that use suction cups to attach to the side of the bowl, this one uses a hanging method and it works much better. The suction cups failed constantly.

I prefer the orange color though it has many. I like orange because it's easy on the eyes and it doesn't make the contents of the bowl look weird! What, too much info?Read full review...

what if

So what if the tape let's go while the seat cover is down ? it falls into the water and is damaged.
in the darkness it comes on but then doesn't have a long enough duration staying on while you do your thang
and what ever you do don't press on the plastic sensor cover or it will fall off into the unit and have to use tweezers to get it out it is bright enough it is easy to change the batteries .......if they just improved on those other things it would be well worth havingif a few places of the house in the dark at nightRead full review...

Works great!

It is a handy gadget to have. I found that when I turn the overhead light on in the bathroom during my night visits The bright light wakes me up and I have difficulty getting back to sleep. This just lights up the toilet area well enough for me to aim accurately. Some people complained that once the battery dies it never works again, even after they replace the batteries. I cover the battery compartment with a piece of duct tape to keep moisture out. That does the trick. I am on my 3rd set of batteries and it still works fine. Read full review...

Great for Night

This toilet bowl light is great for kids and adults who get up at night or early in the morning to go to the bathroom. The censor works great, but if your toilet is not in a position facing the bathroom door then it may be not be as useful. I do not like to turn the bathroom light on when I get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the light so it is great when the toilet bowl lights up because it is bright enough for one to see where they are walking in a large size bathroom. Our toilet is not positioned to where the censor can pick up someone walking into the bathroom, which leads us to walking off of memory in the dark until the censor can pick up motion. The only thing I do not like about this product is the quality is average, which is one of the reasons why it can be sold for so cheap. Better than expected

I had some older models (not theses) that had:

1) suction cups attachments on the device's body; and
2) on the light cord; and
3) a fade sequence when changing colors

I thought that these would not hold well since they do not have suction cups as did my previous ones (which didn't hold well themselves), but I was surprisingly shocked that the flex cord on the light holds its own very well! If there is anything that I do not like is the fact that the light sequence when changing colors is not a "fade in/fade out" sequence (as my previous ones were)...which, BTW, could explain why the old ones "faded out" completely to not working any longer.

Practical and oh so much fu, for the kids or the kid in you. Pick a constant color or go for the trippy fifteen second rotation. Makes midnight aiming easy-pee-sy.
Motion acivated, but only when it's dark. Stays on 2 minutes after last movement.
Hunt around to find it as low as $7 with shipping.

There's a Disco light in the toilet...

That's what my wife said the first time to the bathroom after getting this device and she loves it. Prior to Toilet Light, the worst thing was turning the overhead lights on to see where you're going; but now, the motion detects you crossing the threshold and it's just enough illumination to not shock your system.
