Excellent Product Especially At Half Price.

Purchased this bar at the recommendation from a member of a Volvo C30 Forum. Ford got its hand in Volvo, Jaguar and Mazda for quite a few years so many of the makes share parts or can retrofit another make.

Got this sway bar for a 2008 Volvo C30. It actually fits all Years of C30 Volvos but with mine I had to purchase new Vertical Endlinks vs the OE Horizontal. Mine was at half price due to the damaged original packaging. The bar is actually made a little rough compared to original and other aftermarket bars but it does have a nice finish on it.

After installation the bar seem to be made (the bends) unevenly comparing both side but it did install fine.

If you're tracking the car it will be great but for street use it does not have to be this large. A 25mm used Mazda bar would have been OK I think vs this 27mm. No complaints however especially at half the price. A used Mazda bar would require you to purchase new bushing.

The car now has much quicker left to right or right to left response but does over-steer until the rear adjustable camber arms were installed.

During installation you need to use a tubing(s) to help center the End Links inside the large Lower Control Mounting Hole otherwise straight forward installation. Centering the End Link in the Lower Control Arm hole will reduce the chance of having the nut on top tighten at an angle thereby creating snap crackle and popping noises. I reused the original Volvo nut which is larger after breaking it out of the plastic bushing it is attached to.
