Excellence in the form of a black bag!
I was doubtful the bag would be as good as advertised. I was greatly wrong. I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed owning this bag, and will look for another one when this one is used. Thank Thank you for making life more enjoyable for me. Can't imagine how I lived without it. Would recommend it to everyone!

May help
The belt did not help me. I am 31 in the waist and the belt is not a good fit at my waist size. It does provide back support when inflated, but appears to slip (upward movement) when being inflated. Any decompression of the spine is small if any.
