Direct bolt in its not. 1969 Charger with factory shroud I was able to use the 2 upper mounting holes and drill 2 new lower ones. The shroud was worse, the studs were in the wrong location so I removed them with a grinder and drilled new holes for bolts. On the good side it cools well.
