This another great item that people that want to slim there tummy down,at the same time give there back lower support then I say this is what you want to wear.I have been in a serious accident an gained some serious weight.I decided to get back in shape.I use to be a body builder so i had the basics to accomplish my goals,I was having problems finishing the work outs due to lower back problems so I needed to train my core more,thats when I saw the valeo slimmer belt an from the first time I put it on it started to work
