Good, general use lens
A lens that is adequate to the task of day to day use. The f-stop numbers are a little high which makes action shots a little hard to make. But the auto focus is responsive and pictures are clear.

Exactly as written
We decided to go with the old model of iPad because we didn't think the new technology was going to be so awesome that we could wait 4-5 weeks for one. I bought this primarily as a speech augmentation device for my wife who suffered a stroke that affected her speech areas of her brain. It works well for that and so much else. She hasn't been able to use much technology since 2003 and this has propelled her into the 21st century quite nicely with email, facebook, her kindle books, and the many other things available to her through it. In comparison to other special built devices it is comparably useful to any of them for someone who can read and use the touch screen, and those devices generally run 5 to 10 times as much and have to be sent out of state when the need repairs, which are usually very costly.
