Easy to understand. Sync is also intuitive. Navigation got me back to car after hiking Mt Rainier in the fog. Get the chest heart rate monitor por accurate heartbeat readings. The wrist sensor alone is delayed by 30 to 45 seconds. Critical information for runners and when doing interval trainings. That's my only complaint. Lower price Polar watches on that note beat the Garmin.
