Excellent Ballroom Instruction
Having prior experience with ballroom dance, this dvd delivers solid instruction for beginners with a separate segment covering a step by step demonstration of the steps used in the dances done on this dvd at a slow enough pace so you can see what she is doing. But like the majority of dvds of this type, the instructor faces you most of the time so you have to reverse the steps. The dvd is also enjoyable for those with some experience. One of the best ballroom demonstrations I have seen on a dvd and a great value for those wishing to learn the steps in detail.

Beautiful and colorful underwater filming!
Love this relaxing dvd and look forward to watching this often. Choice of natural sound environment or calm, easy listening, music. Though I read someone else's comment elsewhere that this is supposedly not filmed in HD, I have a 50 inch screen and still felt the quality was excellent and the images are so colorful. The location of the reefs change throughout the 60+ minutes which makes watching it for an extended period of time more interesting and easier.
