missing apps

since i bough the computer i haven't had problems with this machine. i was kinda exited because in the description say it had the external network but i hasnt. i bough a network card for 30 dollars and works fine... and the other bad thing i was that in the description also said that i has the Mac OS 10.5 but that was wrong i had the 10.4.8.i have so missing apps like iPhoto,iMovie and i have no idea if i can upgrade to Mac OS X Leopar
