Incredibly detailed, but overkill
2 of 2 found this helpful This book has very detailed information that would be invaluable for someone who is setting up a large scale commercial gourmet mushroom growing operation. The level of information is thorough, detailed, and so specific that it is a great resource for those type of users. However, for someone who intends to grow mushrooms on a small scale at home, it is overkill. It is not an easy read to get the information you need in an quick, efficient way. I will use this book as a reference, but I will find another source for the information I need to set up my small scale home mushroom growing operation.
