I purchased several jackets from Atul. Most recent was a shearling in a custom size, a US 48. I sent him a picture and he said he could duplicate it for me. I received the jacket and it wasn't the same. I reached back out to him and he said he would make it right, and send another one. Well, after 8 - 10 emails and calling India, he never responded back to me. I reached out repeatedly, with no return reply. Now, I am left with a jacket that paid close to $400.00 for, that doesn't fit
