Never have I found so much insight to cooking and the essentials required for good, tasty, Chinese Cooking, for the average every day cook like myself, self taught. Easy to read and follow, I like the presentation and how to make your own "stock or sauces", so your ready to ahead and cook. Great book and plenty of recipes. Brian T.
