  Boots arrived in good time BUT the first time I wore them the metal loop snapped in half. Contacted seller and even though I’d never worn them the seller refused to pay repairs as too much time had passed. This is the second person to try this with me and I’m furious. Just because the items are ‘new’ when they sold them they refuse liability when a fault occurs!! I’m furious!!
