I have had multiple issues using my pro...

I have had multiple issues using my providers sim card in this device thus the wifi and voice mail are crippled despite many conversations with my provider, Tmobile. When testing my sim card on other phones the wifi and the voice mail work as they should and it is specific to this phone. Despite many attempts to reset the phone and doing a 2 factory resets to no avail it does not work as it should.
