Great value, light and functional
Jacket is lightly insulated, making it slim-fitting and manoeuvrable- you won't feel like you're wearing a bulky or puffy jacket. I think this also makes it great for day-to-day wear and doesn't limit it to snow season.
Sleeves have less insulation; if you won't be super active, I would recommend adequate inner layering (thermal top and down vest were enough for me).
Adequate pockets- pass pocket on left sleeve, two regular front pockets on either side, two small-ish interior pockets - i.e. "media pocket" (would fit a regular point-and-shoot camera) and "goggle pocket".
Hood is large and somewhat flimsy; it has a tendency to fly off. But is a perfect fit over a helmet, particularly with chin guard zipped all the way up.
Great waterproofing, but hood/shoulders seemed to stay damp after half a day in steady snowfall.
Main downside are the small fluffy patches on the outershell from rubbing against things/reacting to velcro, especially around the sleeves. But this doesn't affect the jacket's performance, so not really an issue.
Overall, highly recommend!

Ants love it
1 of 1 found this helpful Over the course of 2-3 weeks, I battled two separate colonies that seemed to live in the roof (top floor of an old apartment building). I tried Ant-Rid Ant Baits (the round one) - ants barely touched it; Ant-Rid Liquid Ant Control - sticky mess that needed to be cleaned and replaced every day; and Talon Ant Killer Gel - ants liked this one but surfaces were left with residue that needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Finally received Ant-Rid Bait Strips in the mail and put it to work. Ants loved this stuff. I placed 3-4 baits around each windowsill and saw brown ants eating during the day, black ants eating at night. After a few days, the baits were consumed. I used this as an opportunity to set fresh baits and refill old ones with Talon ant gel. After about a week, no more ants eating at the baits and only a few stray ants lingering around the bathroom.

Excellent, Genuine Casio
Watch comes in original Japanese packaging (as this is the Japanese edition of the 91-w with a thinner wristband and different colour scheme, bear in mind that warranty may only be valid in Japan). Did button tests and I believe the product is indeed genuine. Easy to use and keeps accurate time. Backlight is not as great as the "ElectroLuminescence" range, it's just a very simple green light that shines from one side and doesn't illuminate the entire watch face. Overall, a functional watch and an excellent transaction.
