Item shipped in a bubble padded envelope to limit any possible damage during shipping adventure. The item is just as pictured/described. Fits great, really comfy to wear, sits well. The seller requested the items to be posted back to them and said they would refund the return postage costs. This has not been done and after many emails and giving them the opportunity to rectify it, my emails are now being ignored. I would not purchase from this seller again.

In description said it was solid wood held with metal. Well buyer sent me a puzzle of pieces that I had to put together & held together with plastic zip ties. Cheap & nasty. Buyer was contacted I asked for full refund. Buyer only apologised. I said it wasn't good enough so they offered 50% credit but then said well your not going to actually send it back as we know postage will be too much.

The only point of interest was that it was left in my rainproof letterbox which was OK, but notwithstanding that it was in a sealed waterproof postal packet and inside a second snap seal plastic bag, the item was wet. But fortuitously, it was wrapped in a third plastic cover/bag and was dry upon opening and appears to work OK. Can't understand where the moisture came from or entered two layers of packaging unless the item was somehow "drowned".
