    Recently I purchased an item that was not in its entirety a true description.
    Having brought this issue up with seller I was told it was my "buyers remorse" and nothing more.
    I have no buyers remorse. I do have an issue about the conduct from the seller and her claim about me. And she boldfaced lied about these issues.
    I'm not, nor was I seeking to return the item.
    However, i do feel seller should be taken to task for the deceiving and false claim about the maker and of the true condition of posting a picture that show item in full working condition.

    I bought this because every spring the robins try to build a nest in the transom over my front door. I've tried plastics bugs because I couldn't find a plastic snake real looking enough (smart birds) but this does the trick!
