Seller claims they sent item untracked via Australia Post, it was parcel size so it's impossible to mail an item over the size of a large envelope without receiving a tracking number from Australia Post as Australia Post provides a tracking number on the receipt of payment. You can't send any parcel or package either by Australia post or via a courier service without receiving a tracking number. Avoid this seller oh my item was Derwent colouring pencils in a tin so it was parcel size.

Did not receive item. Had to request refund through eBay. Seller claimed the courier couldn’t deliver to my remote location. I live 20 mins from the capital city in my state. How ridiculous. Judging from other feedback it’s highly doubtful they ever had the item to start with let alone attempted to post it. Suss that it was labeled as posted with “standard postage untracked”, when you can’t post packages with Australia Post without tracking, and any other courier service would most be tracked…

Seller masquerades as holding stock in Australia. Their items are sent untracked so you don’t know it’s coming from china. I had items from Australia only in the filter. I’ve been caught by this scam 3 times now. I contacted the seller and exposed them after 10 days waiting. They told me the item was damaged in transit and they had just found out. They offered a refund which I accepted. Beware of unscrupulous traders on eBay. I’ve notified eBay to root out liars like them. Be careful. Cheers
