Ok brush but the rubber bristles come off the handle

I need a carpet brush to bring the pile up on my carpet and have bought several in the past. This is probably the worst, the rubber bristles detach from the handle so every time you brush the carpet, the handle detaches. After a lot of clipping back on again, the carpet is done but it took double the effort to get the same result as my other brushes. Will not purchase again.
