I had good experience with this seller and arrived my product pretty accurate. I contact seller because I had questions. Reply was pretty quick and very helpful. Only one things, when it arrived one of the envelope were opened however, I think this was cause of delivery proses? Anyway, I got all my products which I ordered so I was happy. The Ann you so much.

I found this seller to be very untrustworthy for a number of reasons: No response from them upon an order inquiry, slow dispatch time beyond the estimated time frame, and finally, the item arrived in a prepaid satchel without any protective packaging (granted it was a boxed item but it still shows that the seller was cutting corners). So all in all, I had quite a frustrating experience with this seller and DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with them.

My apologies that you had a bad experience with this purchase. Thank you also for the feedback regarding the packaging. I wasn’t trying to cut corners. The filter boxes are extremely sturdy and after sending hundreds of them over the years this is the first complaint regarding the packaging that I have received - I will definitely take your concerns on board though. If it was damaged during transit at all please let me know and I will send you another free of charge.
