Retinning copper pans
1 of 1 found this helpful I used Baker's fluid in the retinning of my old copper pans. It was very good to work with, making the tin flow with ease. If You are considering this fluid for tinning, I would highly recommend Baker's No.3

Hygiplas timer
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a great little timer which I use both professionally as a chef and in the home. The controls are simple to use with a precise countdown that can be switched between minutes/seconds and hours/minutes via a little switch on the back. The back has good strong magnets plus a clip that can be used to attach to clothing or as a stand. The alarm is loud enough to be heard for any situation that I have had. This timer is also easy to clean. Would I recommend this timer? Yes most definitely.
