Perfect
This pot was exactly what I was looking for to cook tomatoes in. Was Leary because when first reading discerption it sounded like only the top was stainless steel. When indeed the whole put is. Perfect for cooking my spaghetti sauce to can. Very heavy on the bottom so it does not burn. You can not cook tomatoes in aluminum.

A great cookbook!
Love the book has great recipes my favorite the chicken cacciatore. I also want to try her recipe for canning plum tomatoes.
