Pedalling is a beginning.......
If you have someone in the family.....or know someone....who is a bit too under-exercised, this is a good start. It's important to keep the body moving. This provides an opportunity to pedal......while reading, watching television or sitting outside. Any movement is good movement. The counter is accurate and provides measured incentive. Walking is great....but if you can't do it, this is a pleasant substitute.

Love my Toombas.......
I'm a huge an of Irobot products. I now have 4 units in my Manhattan apartment and couldn't be happier. they are named Ruby, Tuesday, Bea and Beverley. Don't ask why!!! Kudos.
