There was even a sticker on the box when we received it that stated it was locked to T-Mobile, so they must have known this. I have tried reaching out to the seller with no response. This was not a cheap purchase. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this seller as the listing may not be accurate.

They are new but the box was open and it didn't include the charging cord, but I had one from my old buds and he said in the description it was missing. Overall excellent experience!! Handle was broken and code was changed and did not match the shlage sticker . obviously used/broken and not new. At least sell as open box not tested so buyers know? Would ask for pics and tested before buying anything and never apologized or offered to send another which is what you need to do on ebay when an obvious error is made. People are busy and do not need the stress of writing reviews .
