Very handy book .
After the suggestion from my GP that the FODMAP plan might help me , I looked for and purchased this book . It is very clear on what you can , cannot or maybe not eat . There is a meal plan using the excellent recipes the back section.
Would recommend those new to this dietary plan .

Versatility of crochet patterns .
While these patterns are for small sachets , they can easily be adapted to making items to be placed on clothes.
