makes roasting dead easy
great for roasting chickens

1 of 1 found this helpful Amazing result using the bag to roast a chicken in the over. When cooked the chicken was full of flavour and had a nice soft texture. When it came out of the bag the chicken was browned on the top and looked as if it had been traditionally roasted in the oven.
