If you own a vehcile, these cd's are an absolute must have!
Its the smartest thing I have ever bought, I have it on my laptop right next to where Im working, and can look up anything in seconds, way easier than a book. You just type in the search box and wah-la there you you go!

Prepping food without a Kamikoto knife is ridiculous!
2 of 2 found this helpful I owned a set before but lost them to a house fire, not the knife just the handles. The fire was over 2800 degrees that's when glass melts. The steel used in these knives survived the fire, just a little warped from the water trying to put the fire out!!! I finally purchased a new set, and forgot how superior they are to other knives.....they are SHARP! I don't let my pets in the kitchen when using them in fear of injuring one of them if one slipped off the counter. "I'M NOT KIDDING"
