great thriller
Film holds up even after many years

A Gem from NYC
This is a little gem from some very talented New York musicians. They took their limited resources to play and record original music which certainly bucked the trend in the city at the time. Instead of urban funk or left over downtown pseudo Stones rock, Nosy Parker put their musical hearts on their sleeves with a collection of tracks which evoke the folk rock styles found in the Strawbs or Al Stewart. Mixing acoustic and electric guitars and the very tasteful drumming of Bill Viola pushing things along--this is a real nice surprise and another look at New York music of the period.
