Too soft!!
Item does not work for me at all. The pad needs to have a hard back in order to work properly.

I guess all cup holders aren't universal!
The table itself is of good quality but it doesn't fit my chairs cupholder so it is of no use to me. It might be able to be retrofitted but no instructions were provided.
