The first thing they said is "I don't work for the post office" stating it's not their problem so they were absolutely no help. I definitely won't be buying from this seller ever again. Samsung Jet 75
1 of 1 found this helpful I replaced my old Shark cordless vacuum with this Samsung Jet 75 and what a difference. First off, the battery lasts about an hour (and I have 2 batteries, thus I get 2 hours of run time) whereas the Shark barely lasted 10 minutes. The suction on the Shark is so much better than the Shark too. The Samsung Jet is in a different league and is so much better in all ways. Highly recommended
